Great place for having a flight from Luton if you're far from there

The room was lovely, very clean and tidy. Seemed newly restored. I got good instructions via e-mail on the self check in. The bed was a bit soft, but I slept really well in it. The bathroom was a good size and sparkling clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

I had some trouble with the lock on the door to my room. I entered the code, but then I kept trying to turn the handle to the right, when I should have turned it to the left. I called for assistance and this really sweet lady answered and helped me. Very friendly and helpful, even though it was after midnight. Perhaps some written instructions on the door might have helped (for knacked travellers, too tired to think clearly). I thought the guesthouse was closer to the airport than it actually was, so I was really glad that I decided to take a taxi instead of walking. Since I'm a light sleeper, I would have appreciated there being darker curtains for the window. Really, really liked the stay, nevertheless.

Nothing special.

In the room was extremely hot for the heating left on on the toilet, the cleaning was miserable.
