The pool was clean, Room was spacious , For the price it was ok, room lights were good, Wifi was working, breakfast was ok and the staff also checked with us for any preferance in food. That's all...

Water Leakage under the wash basin area, Fan speed was low, TV was not working, later informed the staff and made necessary arrangements so next day it was working.

Very friendly staff! Very well located - just a Little Walk to the sea. And on by Birthday they quickly organized me a really nice Birthday cake. I only can recommend to stay here.

The lift was good and the staff friendly.

There is building development going on which we were not told about . The complementary breakfast was a joke as when we went in to the dining room it was full with people standing around holding their breakfast in one hand and tea in another . Overall cleanliness was below par . When I put my bin out to be emptied the room attendant was there and said “ no problem “ arriving back several hours later the bin was still there !! A couple of sun beds round the pool may have been nice but felt the whole feeling of the hotel was aimed at local tourism . Not what you expect from a very good brand name like Travancore .
