tippys beach resort

Property is located bit interior, no vehicle access. Should walk through narrow path about 300 mtr. Beach as well located around 300 mtr away. Not really a beach resort.

Distance from everything..

Good bed, sheets and shower. The staff was very nice.

The only thing is that the window doesn’t have mosquito net. So i had to keep the window close and usa the AC. But i prefer to be able to open the window without being concerned about mosquitos.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very happy. The rooms are clean, linen and towels changed on request. We had a balcony with two rocking chairs and a table, which faced the lighthouse and partial view of the sea. Many hours spent reading here with a cup of tea watching the fishing boats go back and forth, day and night. The service was very friendly offering tea bags, coffee sachets. A kettle and bottled water was supplied. We were doing a panchakarma retreat so did not require much maintenance, apart from regular room cleaning. Very close to the beach. We plan to return next year. Thanks to Nasar and Arche.

The hotel is very close to the beach. I stayed in the room with Seaview balcony which was superb. The rocking chair put a cherry on the cake. The rooms were clean enough. Mr Nazar is the allrounder there and is really helpful.

The few drawbacks are - 1. The place is difficult to locate using map. One should ask the hotel attendant to come to the lighthouse gate which is located 100 meters away from the hotel. 2. There is no lift. ( My room was at 3rd floor) 3. All rooms are not sea-facing.
