Excellent location with grocery and nearby event venues close.
The parking was a bit problematic, but doable. There is a daily cost next door in the public parking area, so budget an extra $30 or so. I was gone for most of the day on business, so I was not able to get street parking. Also, no access to Tower from the parking area, although you can certainly go one way INTO the parking area which is good.

Conveniently located. Clean an efficient. Lots of restaurant options a block away at five forks.
No parking at building. Had to pay in parking garage or on street.

This location was convenient. There was restaurants in walking distance. The studio was clean. The staff was responsive to assisting us during our stay oe updated the TV.
The facility was not well kept by the property management company. The lobby was not clean or stocked. There was also trash in front of the main entrance one day which was not removed for over 8hrs.
