Very clean, the host was extremely polite ,helpful,and understanding especially with the latch app when we wasn’t familiar with how to work it . The location is great , just down the road from UAB highlands and has awesome little place to eat right around the corner from it.
This is a key less facility , latch app is used to unlock everything including the front entry door of building and elevators . No issues ,it works just fine with app ,we were just not familiar with it but the host was great and explained it to us when we called 😊
