Aria's Apartment

The bright apartment features a modern designer renovation and is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. It's very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need, and even more. We checked in at a convenient time, and payment was contactless. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise fruit plate and candy 😍 We were vacationing with our child, and a high chair was prepared for us in advance. Imagine our surprise when we found new baby dishes, toiletries, and other furniture in the apartment. It was very nice 🥹 The apartment is well-equipped: two air conditioners, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two TVs, a coffee machine, and an air fryer. We also found many useful and rare appliances in the kitchen (a blender, air fryer, toaster, juicer, egg cooker, etc.). It felt like we weren't in temporary housing, but in our own apartment, complete with all the essentials. We didn't need to buy any household items; the apartment was stocked with laundry and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and all kinds of spices, garbage bags, foil, and dishwasher tablets. There was also a huge amount of all kinds of dishes and an abundance of towels and bed linen. The apartment has an excellent location: the beach and promenade with restaurants are a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is a two-minute walk away. The host was very polite, pleasant, and always available. He accommodated our request and allowed us to check out an hour later. I've stayed in over 150 accommodations and can confidently say this is the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Thanks a lot 🙏

Nothing

Saimir furnished the apartment with absolutely everything we could have wanted and then some! It was beautifully decorated and organized. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings, and loved the location off the Lungomare (so it was quiet), but close enough to walk to everything. The waste bin under the kitchen sink was adorable--we got a kick out of that! Bed was comfortable, the place was cozy for two people. We would absolutely stay again!

There was not enough toilet paper to last our entire stay (which is our fault, not the host's, and we could have bought more) and the light on the TV (when it was off) in the bedroom was bright at night -- but we covered it with a towel, and it was fine. Otherwise, everything was honestly perfect. No real complaints.

El alojamiento es impecable. Tiene todas las comodidades esenciales para vivir, como si fuera una primera residencia. Está todo muy bien equipado: la cocina tiene freidora de aire, tostadora, sandwichera, batidora y todo tipo de utensilios. El baño viene muy bien equipado con productos de higiene y detergente para la lavadora. El anfitrión ha sido muy atento y servicial. Mención especial al buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, limpieza del apartamento y la bonita y soleada terraza.
