車で行ったのですが、観光等にロケーションよかったです。道後温泉まで歩いて行けました。またどの部屋も広く、シャワールームとトイレが各2つ、洗面台3台ありとても便利で快適でした。
素敵な部屋でしたが、唯一匂いが気になりました。BBQ（焼肉？）の匂いが1階の部屋中してました。一応ファブリーズ置いてくれてましたが。
結構な坂道を登った住宅地にあるので、荷物を持って歩いて宿に行くのは大変だと思います。手ぶらなら大丈夫

大人数で泊まるのにちょうど良い広さと開放感がある上、スイッチや洗濯機、2個シャワールームがついていたりして便利なところが多かった。道後温泉本館にも近く、商店街を練り歩いた先のロケーションなので立地も良かった。徒歩だと少し遠いがみんなと喋りながら行けるし、車があればかなりすぐつきそうな場所だった。
調味料が少し少なかったので、料理するにも油の購入が必要だったりして断念せざるを得なかった。ダーツの羽が1個取れやすかった。
