1. Location (would be perfect on Sunny days) 2. Privacy 3. Good sleeping space
1. Smell. They kept a BBQ grill in the living room. Discounting smell all day (not sure why they did this). Grills should stay outside all the time 2. No TVs 3. Loud rain drop noises (thin roof?)
