Contractor Stay Near Etihad Stadium & Co-op Live with Free Parking

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and a total of 5 beds, which worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed. We booked last minute and everything still went smoothly.

The only downside was the separate registration, but in the end it was quick and easy.

That all 6 of us could sit around the table together & also sit in the lounge as a lot of properties don’t cater for this. Location was excellent, quiet & no problem with parking, very clean & smelt very pleasant on arrival, we would certainly book again if we needed accommodation in Manchester, thank you 😉

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well ventilated. Great natural lighting. Large curtain in the living room to conceal one from passerby. TV with Netflix, YouTube (personal login required). Easy WiFi connection. A Toilet just next to the kitchen and dining area was a great idea. The bedrooms are upstairs. One room is en-suite with 2 single beds, a shower & WC. The other bathroom has a bathtub & WC. To the left of the stairs are two bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with 2 single beds). Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, vacuum, iron, large refrigerator. The house was very warm and cosy. I would definitely recommend. Private Parking available on site.

The previous major problems of other guests have so far been sorted out as of 7th November 2025. Feedback for very minor improvements have been submitted to the housing manager.

The location of the house was great. About 12 mins walk to the bust stop and from there getting to the centre and other places was easy. We also walked to Etihad Stadium which is in the neigbhourhood. The area is so beautiful and family friendly and we enjoyed it. The house had 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a family of 6. The house was very welcoming with comfortable rooms. The back garden is large and had an apple tree full of fruits. It was our first time in Manchester and we had an amazing time in the apartment

The beds in the rooms were single beds and small. The kitchen could do with more amenities. The windows had missing blinds exposing the house at night and we would have preferred more privacy. The host tried to fix some the blinds but we could not coordinate our time with the person supposed to work on it as we had a schedule. The front door was difficult to open and we often had to use the yard entrance but the host also mentioned that the door lock would be changed for easier access for guests.
