The Beach Pad - Renovated 1BR Steps from Towradgi

The location was great — close to everything we needed — and the place itself was clean & comfortable, which made for an enjoyable stay.

Oddly, broken utensils were placed neatly in the kitchen drawer (perhaps a puzzle) & there was incomplete crockery. At this price point, I would expect more - it’s a small fix that would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. The location is fantastic, and the accommodation is comfortable and well appointed. We had excellent experiences on our previous two visits; however, this stay was different.

Unfortunately, this stay was let down by several maintenance issues. The clothes dryer didn't work. I reported it immediately, but it wasn't inspected until four days later. Despite confirming the fault, no replacement or alternative solution was offered, so I had to purchase a larger clothes airer to dry our washing. There were also several other issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived: * The stove extractor fan was broken * Netflix was unavailable and the casting device wasn't working * Only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for a week-long stay, so we had to purchase additional toilet paper ourselves.
