Kiváló elhelyezkedés (a Szarvasi Vízi Színház 11 perc sétatávolságra van), belső udvaros parkolóval. A közelben fagyizó, és pizzéria található. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, rugalmas.

Központi részen, jól megközelíthető helyen található a szállás.
Nincs nyitható ablak, klímával kellett biztosítani éjjel a friss levegőt (nem bírom a klímát). Sajnos nem volt kitakarítva a szállás, partvist venni kellett.

Furdo pici, zsufolt, vízköves. Turulkozo 20*30cm es, kezturulkozo. Nem lehet azzal furdeni.
