Everything.. A host who cares, not just about money and he's house. But also about you - he really wants you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Booked for 3 but stayed 5 days. Could have stayed forever :o). Thumbs up...

Located nearby sport and recreation area, lot of lakes nearby in short walking distance - "lot of green" around: optimal accomodation and overall location for a relaxing stay together with dogs. + very very petfriendly and perfect walking with dogs in surrounding area + own garden, all fenced and "dog-save" + garden with big trees - so you have shadow and also sunny parts there (whatever you prefer) + no noise / quite area + very very freindly , helpful, multilingual staff + spaciuos car parking in the garden, free of charge + very clean room/house and enough space to stay overnight + very well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, gas stove, dishes and cutlery,....) + air conditioned for cooling/heating + fast broadband WLAN, free of charge => it's worth to come back

The house has a great location, its very nice and cozy, exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was perfect.
