The host is great. The property is not yet comfortable, but it could be.

Neeta is very sweet and easy to deal with. The property is very clean and it's brand new so everything is in good shape.

The place is not comfortable at all. The sheets are scratchy and rough and for some insane reason there is a plastic sheet on the mattress which is hot, and makes noise every time you move. The kitchen does not even have the bare minimum essentials to be able to prepare a snack, let alone a meal. At the very least it needs knives, cutting board (which she did provide after we asked), veg peeler, cork screw, salt/pepper, a toaster - there was none of that. There was a hot plate, but no pots or pans, so what is the point? We ran out of toilet paper and asked Neeta for more. Turns out the T.P. and bath towels were stored in the kitchen for some reason? Who does that? The temperature is controlled by the owner, so if you are too hot or too cold, too bad. She did end up providing a space heater for us, which helped. The photos show a couch and coffee table - that is not what is in the house, only 2 recliners. There is no place to sit and eat. There are too many nik naks sitting around taking up the limited space, so guests don't have room for their own belongings. Honestly, I think hosts should spend 24 hours in their rentals to see if they are comfortable and have what they need. If you don't, you need to change things.
