The staff was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was very warm and inviting, and just what we needed for our visit. Great value for the price.

The yard needs a little work & maybe a new coat of paint. The sofa bed is uncomfortable.

Location for our trip was good. Layout of house was good. Bathrooms were updated. Streaming TV was good but local channels and others would be good. Nice grounds. Master bed was pretty comfortable. House felt very secure. Ceiling fans in rooms were great. Once we figured it out, AC unit in living room worked well as there were a couple days during our stay that were hot. It was nicely decorated.

Kitchen need some cleaning, oven was dirty on sides, drawer, etc. Living room furniture was hard to sit on. Kitchen chair and booth could do with pads for comfort to sit on. A deep cleaning might be in order but we are very particular on that in our own home. Maybe more cleaning between clients would be good. Entrance to the front door had stumps sticking up, the bricks were not even and the top step seemed to me to be somewhat taller than the other two. We have neuropathy in our feet so these things made for a challenge to prevent falling. Tub was very slippery so we bought a bath mat for the bottom to make it safer.
