    It was my first time in Istanbul and on the very first day the electricity were out by 2 Am and came at 4 PM next day, the lift was not working, no backup or standby generator. The hotel is good in location, stuff is good but the hotel is still in under construction, I had to take my luggage from a room to down floor by stairs. There were constantly repairing work at day time so you can image that one can’t sleep on night and on day time.
