Loved the apartment and the facilities. Pool was excellent and the restaurant food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
The lounge was way too saggy & uncomfortable

A large property. You got your own bedroom. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Restaurant and bar on site. Comfy beds.
Needed some styling. Art work was dated. Lounge could be upgraded. Maybe a coat of paint.

Resort was amazing and apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Would love to come back.
Access to the gym would have been great. Dealing with viatis was stressful and I have never experienced such a ridiculous process to stay anywhere. I did not complete the protection stage as it expected me to pay a non refundable deposit which I refused to do. You must lose so many customers. Not everyone is going to damage the apartment.
