Very clean and practically looks brand new. Extremely noisy only if you have room overlooking street but the view makes up for it. Will definitely stay again

Great rooms! Better service! Anderson was so kind and so helpful and kind. Only issues to be aware of is there is no parking on site.

Had a really great time. It took a minute to realize fun Cuban restaurants were one block away behind us on Washington and the Art Deco walk along Ocean was one block over along the waterfront. Room was neat and clean. Access code was easy.
