In the heart of the Basque country, the town of ITXASSOU is a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean, land of the black cherry, is located 3 km from the village of Espelette and Cambo les Bains, 45 minutes from the town of HENDAYE, 30 minutes from SAINT JEAN de LUZ, 20 minutes from BIARRITZ and 15 minutes from BAYONNE.
A place with superb views of the mountains. Beautiful walks are to be expected for hiking lovers. An ideal night sky for stargazing.
-In a park of 5000 m² the property is located in the village .
- Close to all amenities, Intermarché, bakery, restaurant, butcher, organic grocery store and pharmacy, in the village.
- As an integral part of the house, we rent on the first floor a 54m² tourist accommodation with an independent entrance.
- Salt water swimming pool covered by a dome with a view of the mountains.
- Parking inside the property.
- For 2 people, maximum 4 people, including children.
- Kitchen with a large central island, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hood.
- a living room with cupboard, 1 sofa bed of 160, television.
- a bathroom with a shower, toilet.
- a storage room with washing machine.
- A bedroom with a large cupboard, 1 bed of 160.
- Electric heating.
- Pets are allowed if they are good, with the agreement of the owner of the premises.

- Minimum rental 7 days from June 28 to August 30.
- The bed, table and bath linen, option 25€ per person.
- Out of season 2 days minimum, high season and school holidays per week.
- End of stay cleaning fee €90.00 for routine cleaning (cleaning must be carried out regularly by the tenant during their stay).
- Water and electricity consumption during your stay will be charged (water and electricity meters will be read on arrival and departure, given the current context the price will be specified at the time of the inventory of fixtures).
