L'appartement est mignon, calme et propre. Petite terrasse agréable (par beau temps !!!) Le parking privatif est appréciable. Les équipements ménagers sont corrects.
Les couchages ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'appartement et c'est dommage. Le canapé est indigne. Son manque de confort est honteux surtout pour des adultes. Il est en de même pour tous les oreillers qui sont à jeter. Les couettes et le linge de lit sont douteux; Bref toute la partie nuit serait à revoir.
