About this apartment rental
Every living space looks at the water. The renovation was designed by Studio 3.0 Architects of Boston, with high-gloss Fine Paints of Europe walls and ceilings, customizable architectural lighting, in-ceiling Sonos, an audiophile turntable, and art curated piece by piece — all custom, down to the appliances.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom is a snug full-bed berth, typical of waterfront properties here — ideal for a third or fourth traveler. Two full baths, central A/C, and in-unit laundry. Outside: a private waterfront deck with in-floor and in-railing lighting, plus a second deck with dining for eight.
You're in the West End, on the harbor side of Commercial Street — Kohi Coffee, Cafe Heaven, and Spiritus Pizza are steps away. The fast ferry from Boston arrives a few blocks away (an easy 5–10 minute walk), and many guests come completely car-free. Secure paid parking is available two blocks away if you drive.
We've hosted for 11 years with hundreds of five-star reviews. This home is designed for adults — original art, fine finishes, and waterfront steps make it unsuitable for most infants or young children; families who book should be comfortable providing close supervision throughout the stay.
Please note: quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no parties or events; no grills (condominium association rule); no pets except pre-approved documented service dogs (max 1); this is a mixed-use association with an on-site restaurant and coffee shop, so expect some pleasant summer-season hum. The association requires a tenant information form (names and ages of all occupants) before arrival. Guests are responsible for damages.
