The flat is located in the closed and guarded complex Platan, which was built in 2010 in the recreational area of Świnoujście and is surrounded by a park with planted plane trees, from which the name of the property comes. Car drivers can use an additional option: Underground car park.
It is an extremely elegant and fully equipped flat with two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a total area of 57 m2, as well as a terrace, which is a perfect extension of the usable area. The interior is decorated in light colours, dominated by wood, white and beige tones that evoke associations with sand, beach and sun. The flat is also extremely cosy and is characterised by simple shapes and the highest quality. Numerous textile and decorative accessories complement the room and make you feel at home. It is an ideal offer for people who want to spend some time on the couch with a book during their stay, watch their favourite film on TV as big as in the cinema or have breakfast in an extremely comfortable bed.
