The perfect Outer Banks vacation begins with CNU At The Beach. This lovely soundside home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kill Devil Hills, just a ten-minute walk to the beach or the sound. Meticulously maintained, this beautifully constructed home features upgrades, thoughtful details, and modern finishes throughout. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the inviting front porch that overlooks the landscaped yard. Inside, the open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood flooring and plenty of comfortable seating. The chef in your group will especially appreciate the spacious kitchen anchored by a large island with bar seating. A cozy loft space is equipped with a built-in workstation for guests who need to stay caught up with work or school remotely.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a king bed and private bath. Also on the main level you'll find a queen bedroom and full hall bath. Downstairs, the ground level consists of a third bedroom with queen, third full bath and a bonus room with bunkbeds that can be used for alternative sleeping arrangements. A wet bar with mini fridge is also located on this floor, perfect for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.
Centrally located at Milepost 5.5, CNU At The Beach is within a half mile radius of a variety of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Nearby dining options include Chili Peppers Coastal Grill and Two Roads Tavern. Several beach accesses are close by, including Hayman Blvd with ample free parking.

Was the perfect place for us to stay for the week. Quick drive to the beach and places to eat. Everything was clean and as described, would definitely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful stay. Plenty of room and well equipped. Nice to have 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. Short drive to beach with public beach access and short bike ride to sound.Clean overall but there were roaches and ants. I messaged the property manager and asked them to send pest control. We did not see any roaches the 3rd night. I understand the house is close to water so hopefully pest control can continue to come regularly.

Everything was very nice. The house was clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and neighbors were pleasant. Only issue was main tv did not work.
