This first floor 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit is walkable to Lake Erie, nearby parks, and tons of nearby dining options. 15 minutes to downtown CLE and 20 minutes to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Off street parking for up to two cars and a shared backyard/porch. We welcome to you and your family (plus your furry friends) to your new home away from home.

This first floor unit offers 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room with Roku TV, and attached dining room for sharing meals. Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, cooking supplies, etc.
Guest Access:
Keyless entry grants guests the flexibility to check-in as needed. Private off-street parking is also offered (2 cars).

Welcome to Lakewood! You can easily find specialty shops, grocery stores, and hundreds of cafes and restaurants in Lakewood; as well as many local parks all within walking distance.
Lakewood is an easy within an easy drive to many area attractions and neighborhoods:

THE DRIVEWAY IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOUSE. WHEN PARKING, PARK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY ONLY.
Steps: There are 4 - 5 steps from the front yard to the porch/main entrance (first floor apartment)
Tenants Upstairs: This unit is a first floor apartment in a 2 unit home.
Pets Welcome: $75 Fee/per pet. 2 pet maximum. Billed after booking.
Note: You must disclose in the messages if you are bringing an animal. ESA animals must pay fee.
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!
