Roomy, clean and convenient
The location was good for our needs, we especially liked the double wide driveway in front of the house. The inside was as pictured and it was clean. We enjoyed the large kitchen table and the sofas were comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy and overall the house was quiet. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores.
There were a few rough spots: an impressive dent in the refrigerator, an opened and cob-webbed ice salt bag on the front porch, a trash can outside so full it would not close. The lighting was poor for ping pong and there was only one ball that wasn't cracked. The bedrooms didn't get as cool as we would like in the July heat but we appreciated the fans to help us along. The neighbors were quiet (as were we!) but the back porch view was not great. All those were minor as overall the place worked very well for our sibling group of 5.
