Location: City center at 1.1km, 8 minutes walk from Place Clemenceau (old Hyères, market, restaurants, shopping) Beaches at 4 km, 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus. Bakery 4 minutes away (walk), as well as mini-market and pharmacy.
Ideal location for holidays by the sea. Apartment close to the many activities organized by the municipality (8 minutes walk), and yet at a good distance to be quiet. (Everything can be done on foot)
Pleasant place to live in all seasons.
