I offer this beautiful independent studio for rent located on the first floor of the villa. It enjoys a beautiful view of the garden. Located in a quiet area, close to the historic center (10 minutes walk), 10 minutes by car from the beaches and Toulon-Hyères airport.
You benefit from a private shaded terrace.
With several steps to access the studio, this accommodations are not accessible to wheelchair users.
This accommodation has:
- A sleeping area with a 140cm bed
- An equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob) and all the necessary utensils.
- A bathroom with a toilet and a window.
- The studio being on the first floor, it remains cool, hence the absence of air conditioning.
- A free parking space on the street. It may happen that all the spaces are taken, in which case, free parking is available a few hundred meters from the house.
- Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
You can meet the house cat. Pets are therefore prohibited.
