The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with large shower and double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin over full bunk plus a twin trundle. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, one bathtub, and hair dryers for added convenience.
The home is stocked with books for all ages and we are pleased to offer a "Little Free Library" system for our guests - take a book, leave a book!
The neighborhood park is located steps from the home and offers climbing structures, slides, picnic/BBQ area, and basketball court.
We are located in the heart of excitement of the West Valley - just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and Desert Diamond Casino. Spring training fields are just a stone’s throw away and we're less than 15 miles from Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix! Host made everything perfect from the arrival instructions to the checkout. The house was in the perfect location for an event at the stadium. My whole family enjoyed having the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was very nice and clean.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. It was spacious and clean and more than enough room for the ten of us. The location was close to the Westgate shopping/reastaurant center and Peoria sports complex. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property in gated community with excellent accommodations. This home is lovely with plenty of space. Directly next to the home is the community park/basketball court. We enjoyed our stay and had excellent communication with the host. Check-in and check out was simple with clear instructions. Will definately check for availability on our next Spring Training trip.
