Everything was great. We had no issues. If I did have a question, I promptly received an answer to it.

Nothing I can think of.

The location was perfect. Near a Casino, Andretti Karting, many places to eat and just a 20 minutes from Phoenix. The security codes at the gate the building and the door definitely was a plus especially for someone traveling out of state with their family.

Our ASSIGNED parking spot was taken so we had to choose another spot and just hope we weren’t violating the parking rules. When traveling with elders it would have been nice to have had access to an elevator instead of just stairs or some kinda of accommodation. Both nights there was someone’s car alarm blaring for hours which was annoying at 11 at night. In the kitchen there wasn’t a good selection of cooking pans. Thank goodness my daughter in law packed a frying pan.

Great location. Very clean. Quiet building. Had every amenity we needed.

This is extremely minor…the master bathroom toilet seat was loose and slipped to the side of you sat down on the lid (like to put on shoes).

Property ok. Pool was nice. Good location.

Loud music in surrounding rooms close to ours. Multiple guests parked in my allocated spot or parked without being in a stall. Trash around pool area. Some of things in room were broken including a stand in closet. Fob was not initially available but was brought to room later.
