Good value, nice staff

I had an unfortunate experience during my recent stay at this hotel. On the second day, my mobile phone went missing shortly after housekeeping serviced my room. At the time, I was in the room using my phone. When housekeeping arrived, I was asked to step outside briefly, and I left my phone on the bed. Upon returning after the cleaning was completed, the phone was no longer there. I immediately reported the matter to the reception and requested a thorough check, including inspecting the removed bed linens in case the phone was accidentally wrapped in them, as well as reviewing CCTV footage. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the phone could not be located. Shortly after reporting the incident, the device also became unreachable. I am still at the hotel, but the issue remains unresolved. While I understand that such situations can be complex, I would have expected a more proactive and effective response in investigating the matter. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and strengthens their processes to ensure guest belongings are handled with greater care and accountability.
