Very comfortable, spacious flat in good, central location. Very clear instructions to access flat and car park, which provided free, secure parking.

Such a lovely flat deserves better care

Lovely flat, great location and good facilities when they worked.

Dishwasher couldn’t be used as it smelled really badly despite running it empty 3 times. Took 3 days to get the tap unit in the ensuite changed so the sink could be used. Whole place hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Have fed all this back so hopefully it’ll will have been acted upon by the time anyone else arrives. Also, would have rather had a mirror in the 3rd bedroom than an enormous tv.

The worst experience I have ever had in Birmingham. All the hosts are rude and ill-mannered. They arrived at the apartment without telling us twice. The listing on Booking does not mention the camera; there is a camera on the door, which the owners monitor at all times. There is also no mention of any products being sold in the apartment. The apartment is suitable for 3 people, and the host wanted to charge for an extra person. They ask for a deposit and do not return it.

Comfortable and nice stay

The property was clean and very nice inside. Me and my friends felt safe and the checkin was smooth to do. We were confused about parking at first but the host took the time to explain on the phone a couple times. Very good

A experiência com este alojamento foi absolutamente inaceitável. O apartamento encontrava-se num estado de higiene tão deplorável que nem sequer conseguimos permanecer no local. Havia lixo e cabelos espalhados pelo chão, um mau cheiro intenso, o frigorífico estava sujo, e as camas tinham lençóis usados. Para piorar, numa delas encontrámos até um cotonete usado dentro da própria cama — algo completamente nojento e inadmissível em qualquer tipo de alojamento. A situação era tão grave que tivemos de sair imediatamente e procurar outro hotel, pagando do nosso próprio bolso os quatro dias de estadia, já que não era possível dormir naquele espaço. Relativamente ao apoio ao cliente da Booking, apesar da solidariedade e compreensão demonstradas, não nos foi apresentada qualquer solução prática ou compensação efetiva para o problema. Ficámos, portanto, sem alojamento e sem apoio, tendo de resolver tudo sozinhos. É uma experiência que considero totalmente inaceitável e que espero sinceramente que não aconteça a mais ninguém.
