Place is great, there's enough room for 4 adults. Kitchen is complete, it has all utensils you can need for a short stay (2 weeks) so you can cook nice meals. Arriving is easy and host is always ready for answering questions.
If you're arriving by car, it can be complicated to find a parking spot close, since the place doesn't have parking and you need to look for street parking.
Right room has a desk, but not enough space, so it can be a little complicated to move in the room. I ended up storing the chair in the closet during my stay, since 2 adults in the same room feels crowded if both are unloading stuff from luggage, for example.

It was serviceable for what we needed. We were very pleased to have washing machine and a dryer. We had been travelling for 10 days so was good to refresh the clothes!
We missed having a kettle to boil water for a cup of tea.

The apartment is exactly how it appears in the photos. I felt right at home, and it was clean and tidy. I had no issues with street parking for a 2 night stay, but I can see how it might be a problem. There is a bouldering gym and yoga studio within 5 min walk, so lots of options to be active. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again.
It is a little far from Pike Place Market. It's about a 40-minute walk. Worked out well for me as the weather was sunny, but it may be an issue if you need to walk 40 min in the rain.
