- Well trained dogs older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $50/pet for your entire stay and require proof of upto date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra.
- We provide one city issued parking tag that can be used to park nearby for free (Note: Capitol Hill is a dense neighborhood so street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and can be hard to find). Do note that the availability of the parking tag is dependent on the previous guest returning it. In the event the permit is lost, we will let you know asap.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.

We had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The house was clean and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. The roof top view during the full moon was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating and communication was quick and easy.

This is a lovely modern condo with huge windows and lots of light. The kitchen is well provisioned so it's easy to make your own meals. The condo was very clean. It's located in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed taking walks in the afternoon and exploring the different neighborhoods.

Stayed 5 nights at this great, clean, well-appointed, modern place. The neighborhood is close to downtown, Capitol Hill, and I-5, allowing you to get just about anywhere with ease.
The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms have large showers. The kitchen has just about anything you’d ever need to stay in and eat. Laundry set is awesome. Everything seems brand new!
Hosts were super responsive to any questions we might have. Would definitely stay here again.
