The apartment and the location were perfect.
There needs to be emergency exit hardware on the front door to the street. There is an exit sign at the top of the stairs, but the door to the street won't open. It could be a death trap.

The property and property owners were great. The apartment is in the best location, you can walk to the train if that is something you’re interested in doing.
The owners were so nice and easy to work with, super understanding and very willing to work with us as a family with younger children. I would definitely recommend and look forward to being able to return.

The place was right on the main road of town, everything was walking distance including the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The rooms we spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean. Our hosts were also very kind and checked up on us to make sure any needs were addressed and met.
It is no fault of the place, but the location is in town, so sometimes the noise would be loud enough to here from the living room.

Loved the location to the train depot. We came from Tennessee specifically to ride the train. The charming area had total walkability to shops and restaurants. Apartment was immaculate, cozy and had everything needed.
The stairs were a little tough for us to manage a cooler and our luggage.
