This "farmhouse" was very nice. The host provided many amenities that weren't expected. The house was tastefully decorated with many "notes of instruction". You could tell the house had been renovated and updated for comfort. I would stay here again.
No problems with this house.

Linens and beds were comfortable. Beautiful hardwood floor. Porch swing is a nice addition. Some landscaping including rose bushes and shrubs.
Steps from the driveway were hazardous b/c uneven steps, narrow, and no handrail. Dirty couch. Gaps around the bedroom A/C unit. Noisy A/C unit in bedroom. Location of bathroom was inconvenient. Poor mirror and lighting in bathroom. Exposed outlet in bathroom. Front door didn't open all the way.
