Location is amazing with fabulous beach access and views. The two porches were fabulous - both sun and screen porches were a big plus. We spent so much time on both. The host provided good check in/check out info, great restaurant recommendations, etc. and was responsive when we needed something.

Would suggest kitchen cupboards get an upgrade.
