Everything: the room was very well set up, the team was very welcoming and helpful, the wash machines and dryers super easy to use, the rooftop and its view (I really appreciated it for my Yoga practice!), the location.
The coffee, maybe it’s just about cleaning the machine?

The room as very nice, very clean. Especially the bathroom was very good and also comfortable beds. Great location, close to two metro stations in the heart of Namba. Kind of a highlight: relaxing at the end of the day on the nice rooftop terrace :-).
The only thing that could maybe be improved: there is basically no storage space in the room. So even though the room if really large, you basically have to live out of your suitcase.

Well located and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The double room was small and the roof terrace was basic.
