Book both private units in a converted SE Hawthorne duplex: main-floor Unit A and upper Unit B. Together they give groups room to spread out while staying at one address in the heart of the Hawthorne district.

This reservation includes both Unit A (main floor) and Unit B (upper floor) in the converted duplex. Each unit has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living area, and sleeping spaces. There is no interior connection between the units, so guests move between them outside.

Both entrances require stairs. Unit B is upstairs and also has an internal staircase; one of its bedrooms is compact with a low/sloped ceiling and access through the bathroom.

A separate tiny home is located in the backyard and may be occupied separately unless you book it too.



🚗 Parking

The driveway/gravel area fits up to two vehicles when used carefully. Back in for an easier exit onto busy Cesar Chavez. Street parking is the backup for oversized vehicles or if the front area is tight.
