About this house rental
This million dollar Craftsman home in the FoPo neighborhood pairs original character with a full top-down renovation. Original hardwood floors and period moldings remain throughout the main level, while the primary suite, kitchen, and outdoor spaces have been fully rebuilt for modern comfort. A private hot tub installed in summer 2025 and a 7-foot pool table round out a home built for groups who want to spread out and actually use the space, not just sleep in it.
The Home
The main level is the social hub: a raised front porch, an open living and dining area, and a chef's kitchen with instant hot water and custom finishes. The kitchen opens directly onto the fenced backyard, which has a BBQ and patio seating for meals outside. Two private rooms on this level function as bedrooms or quiet workspaces offering main-floor sleeping for guests who prefer to skip the stairs.
Upstairs, the primary suite is the standout: a king bed paired with a spa-style en-suite bath featuring heated floors, a soaking tub, a two-person steam shower, walk in closet, a heated towel rack, and a bidet. A second queen bedroom on this floor has its own en-suite bath with modern fixtures and a bidet.
The lower level is fully separate living quarters, with its own kitchen, billiards lounge, dining nook, a queen bedroom, full bedroom, and a full bath. It works well for early sleepers, an in-law suite situation, or any guest in the group who wants real separation from the rest of the house.

Who This Is For
This is a strong fit for larger groups or multi-family trips who want private space to spread out — the lower-level suite in particular works well for a group that wants to split into two households under one roof. It also suits guests who want to be near great neighborhood hangs without staying downtown.
