Bien ubicado, a pocos minutos andando de la mayoría de sitios que ver en Santander. La playa del Sardinero está a 20 minutos andando. Y al lado de la casa hay de todo, panadería, supermercado, bares... No es el hotel Real, eso está claro, pero por el precio que tiene y encima con parking incluido, es una muy buena opción. El apartamento en sí está bien, reformado hace poco y tiene lo necesario para la estancia. Ah, y hay máquina de café con cápsulas.
No tiene aire acondicionado, es Santander y tampoco hace mucho calor. Para los que sean calurosos y les coja un día de calor lo que hay son ventiladores.

La casa está genial. Muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila pero con todo cerca. Es tal cual sale en las fotos, incluso mejor. Muy cómoda y limpia. Las habitaciones son amplias, los baños están en muy buen estado y el salón es perfecto para pasar el rato. Todo muy cuidado y se nota que está pensada para que estés a gusto. Lo más destacable, sin duda, es el anfitrión. Un diez. Súper majo y atento en todo momento. Tuve un problema durante la estancia y me ayudó un montón, lo agradecí muchísimo. En general, todo estuvo genial. Repetiría sin pensarlo y la recomiendo totalmente.
