House rental Cauterets, Village Center, sleeps 8 max.
Christmas holidays, going live 900€ all charges included from Saturday to Saturday. Also February holidays.

Possibility of short-stay rental (2 nights minimum).
Detached house located in the center of the village (rue d'Etigny), 3 floors, without courtyard or garden, for 6 people (8 maximum)
The house is located in the heart of the city, in a very quiet street.
Close to the Lys gondola, (200m), which takes you to the foot of the slopes, as well as the thermal baths and the relaxation area "les bains du rocher", 100 m from the house.
All the shops are in the surrounding alleys.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed topped by a 90 cm bed
On the second floor, in the living room, there is a 140 BZ to unfold (in addition to the corner sofa which is not a sleeping place)
Under the attic, a sofa bed to unfold in 120, 2 beds in 90 bunk as well as a folding bed for baby and mattress.
Bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
On the 1st floor, a vanity unit, a shower and a toilet, as well as a washing machine.
On the second floor, a bathtub used as a shower, a sink and a toilet
On the first floor, the kitchen, and a storage space.
Equipment:
For your comfort you have at your disposal two TVs (kitchen and living room), vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, a turbomix moulinex to make soups, a multifunction chopper, an electric mixer.
Sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and bolsters, towels are not provided.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are at your disposal.
PRICE & Booking
By going live (0663220309), the reservation is made by returning the signed rental contract as well as the reservation check. The balance and the deposit (deposit of 300€ not cashed and returned at the end of the stay) on the day of arrival.
The keys can be handed over exceptionally at my place of work (fire station) in Lourdes when you arrive or leave.
The price is all charges included by going direct! (cleaning remains at your expense)
Possibility of Weekend and short stay (during the winter school holidays, only 1 week before the stay)
900€ per week during Christmas and winter holidays. I prefer to rent by the week for these periods, but if it's possible, here is the price:
150€ per night for 1 to 3 nights
540€ for 4 nights
