ESSENTIAL FOR SHORT STAY AND HIGH SEASON REQUEST
In Cauterets, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Pyrenees, with a real village active all year round, slopes benefiting from the best snow cover (the departure of the eggs is at 900m which is done on foot, but there is also a free shuttle bus that takes you in season at the entrance of the parking lot), the center of the village also at 900m with several mini-markets, small market, swimming pool, thermal baths, many shops, ice rink (in season) etc ...
with the Pont d'Espagne and the lake on the left, among others, it is a magnificent starting point for a walk from the chalet.
This chalet, adjoining by the ceiling, is therefore independent.
Built with an architect, it benefits from rooms spacious enough for the mountains.
The living room opens onto a 10m2 loggia, ideal for eating outside even when the weather is uncertain.
The loggia overlooks a large plot of land with a small stream on the side.
The exposure is perfect south.
Reserved parking is in front of the house.
At the entrance, at the top of the stairs, there is a large bedroom with a 2x80x200 electric bed, a toilet with a large sink that allows to declutter the upstairs bathroom, a large living room with super equipped kitchenette:
- large fridge with 3-drawer freezer, dishwasher, line washer, pyrolysis oven, hob, microwave etc ...
It overlooks the loggia and the garden.
The round table allows you to hold 8/10 without any problem (you can even push to 12 when you rent the independent 4-seater accommodation on the first floor at the same time).
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2x80x200, a large bedroom with 4x80x200 separated by a curtain between each group of 2 beds. We can thus insulate a little, a toilet and a bathroom with bathtub.

Very complete equipment: garden furniture, barbecue, baby bed, raclette, toaster, kettle etc ...
The person in charge of the reception can rent sheets and do the cleaning.
The chalet is approved 3*, 3 clévacances. Flat rate for some weekends or for long stays: ask me for the rate in any case before making reservations, it will save time for everyone.
