Mountain lodge with a breathtaking view of the Guil River

Magnificent house, in the middle of nature, sunny with breathtaking views of the Guil river, the Guillestrois plateau, the fort of Montdauphin and the surrounding mountains.
New accommodation, very pleasant, quiet, and renovated with Love in which we wish to welcome people respectful of the place. Accommodation that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
It is located less than 10 minutes from Guillestre, a few minutes walk from the fort of Montdauphin and 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul. It is also located at the gates of the very beautiful and famous Queyras valley. Many activities and walks nearby. Our rental has a nice garden as well as a parking space.
The accommodations are heated by a fireplace, so it is necessary to know how to make a fireplace.
Our accommodations are "kids friendly", you will find all the necessary equipment to accommodate children.
However, we do not accept pets and it is forbidden to party there.

Composition of the accommodation:
The house has 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bright living space with a large bay window, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (including a drawer bed), and 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
South balcony with panoramic views and a garden area with lawns and shade sails (summer).
Baby equipment available (Travel cot, high chair).

You will have access to the 1st floor (which is the first floor on the north face and the 1st floor on the south side) as well as the laundry room located on the first floor.

The accommodations are only accessible by external stairs.
Wood for the stove is provided, but we rely on you to handle the stove with care and use only the necessary wood.

Arrivals are after 4pm and departures at 10am. Ability to change the departure time based on the next arrival.
