About this apartment rental

Located at the entrance of the Queyras and the access road to the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul (14 and 12 km) This new apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

On the first floor of a very recent residence, it is 5 minutes walk from the city center and all shops. Access to stations is possible with a free shuttle bus stop is 100m from the residence.

For a pleasant and comfortable stay, spacious and bright T4 80m² has a kitchen very well equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine ...) living room bright with a large screen TV, WiFi, bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The apartment is south facing with a terrace overlooking the mountain Risoul.
2 parking spaces, one outside the other in the basement are available.

The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

No smoking, pets are not allowed.

Guillestre is centrally located for many outdoor sports activities, skiing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, white water sports, paragliding, gliding in exceptional sites such as regional parks Ecrins, Queyras and nearby legendary roads of the Alps.

Nous sommes venus avec nos ados et deux de leurs amis. Tous ont apprécié l'espace et le confort de l'appartement, on a utilisé les navettes pour monter et descendre de Vars et avons été séduits par le beau village de Guillestre où nous avons fait nos courses et dîné au restaurant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Louison.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement lumineux, très bien agencé, très propre et à l'équipement très complet. La résidence est très calme et bien située à dix minutes à pied de la gare routière (navettes vers les stations) et des commerces. Le propriétaire est très attentif, arrivée et départ ont été gérés au mieux pour nous. Nous n'avons que des compliments à formuler concernant cet hébergement, dont nous avons apprécié l'espace et le confort après nos journées sur les pistes de ski.

Cet appartement est très agréable à tous points de vue : propreté irréprochable, vaste, lumineux, bien agencé et équipé. Le centre du village est tout proche. L'accueil est sympathique ainsi que les prises de contact avec le propriétaire. Quant à la région, ce secteur des Alpes comme tant d'autres, est magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et rapporté de beaux souvenirs.

L'appartement était encore plus sympa en vrai que sur les photos. Très propre (et je précise que je suis difficile sur ce point), très bien équipé et Erik comme Sandrine sont attentionnés. Excellente semaine en famille (petits enfants, parents et grands parents!).

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et en très bon état. Il est bien équipé et surtout très bien situé près du centre de Guillestre (10 mn à pieds) et tout près d'un arrêt de navette vers les stations (200 m) . Il y a de l'espace et du rangement. Cela nous a permis un bon séjour en famille.

L'appartement d'Éric est parfait. Grand, propre et très bien équipé. Avec 2 places de parking. Dont une en sous-sol. Rien à voir avec les studios de location dans les stations de ski ! De plus la navette pour Risoul est à 200 m. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous y retournerons !

Cette location de vacances est parfaite. L'emplacement est central pour rayonner, l'appartement est grand, lumineux, très confortable et la propreté est irréprochable. We zijn hier voor de tweede keer geweest omdat het een heerlijk appartement is in een fantastische omgeving. De woning is zeer compleet en modern ingericht. Zeer goed uitgangspunt voor mooie tochten en wandelingen in de bergen. Guillestre is een leuk klein plaatsje met een paar goede restaurants.

We had a very very nice vacation time in Guillestre, for Christmas. The apartment is very confortable, with a lot of details and very well equiped! We very recomend it and we had enjoyed a lot. Also Guillestre is very nice, with all services for the tourist. Mr.Henck answers to the questions very fast and makes easy the arrival with the suport of Sandrine, who is waiting for us for delivery the keys, and gives us all the basic information you need. It has been a very nice vacation time and very "snowy".. it has been great!! We very recomend it!!!

Samen met een vriend was ik op fietsvakantie in dit 6 personen apartement: voor ons 2-en lekker ruim. Appartement is modern ingericht met alle voorzieningen (ook wasmachine). Vanwege goede ramen geen last van (verkeer-)lawaai, want apartement ligt dicht bij rotonde op doorgaande route. Auto kon in parkeerkelder staan of buiten. Vanaf de rotonde starten meerdere cols. Voor ons als fietser ideaal. Verder had het stadje relatief veel restaurants (ik heb er zeker 8 gezien); daarvan hebben wj echter geen gebruik gemaakt omdat wij zelf koken. Meerdere supermarkten in de buurt.

Appartement très agréable, très spacieux, neuf lumineux et très bien aménagé. Situation parfaite par rapport au centre ville et l'accueil a été très agréable également. Le seul point négatif est que le balcon donne sur un rond point très passant, il a donc était difficile de manger dehors à cause du bruit. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour.

Ruim en comfortabel appartement in mooi Guillestre. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Vanaf het balcon een levendig uitzicht op de rotonde waar de vele fietsers en wandelaars passeren. Guillestre is op loopafstand van het appartement en is een sfeervol dorp met gezellige terassen en op maandag een leuke markt. De omgeving is uitermate geschikt om te fietsen en Guillestre ligt centraal om vele cols te beklimmen! Kortom ; heerlijk huis en een aanrader voor een ieder die in de bergen wil zijn en ook nog in een sfeervol, Frans dorp!

L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter tous les sites intéressants de la région. Il est proche du centre de Guillestre, des commerces et des restaurants. L'appartement est neuf, dispose de tout ce qu'on peut imaginer aux niveaux matériel et confort, les trois chambres permettent d'accueillir six personnes sans problème. L'appartement dispose d'un emplacement de parking extérieur ainsi que d'un emplacement intérieur. Le propriétaire est d'une précision remarquable quant à la réussite du séjour. Non seulement il envoie un livret d’accueil détaillé et complet pour que le séjour soit réussi mais également lors de l'accueil la description de l'appartement est sans faille. De plus l'appartement dispose d'un inventaire entièrement réalisé en photos. Une personne proche peut être contactée en cas de problème. Très peu de temps après la fin de notre séjour la garantie nous a été restituée par virement. Si nous retournons dans la région c'est sans hésiter dans cet appartement que nous retournerons.

Mooi en ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. De inrichting is gezellig en zeer compleet. Prima bedden. Het appartement ligt 7 minuten lopen van het stadje waar een goede bakker is en een paar prima restaurantjes zijn. Guillestre ligt in een prachtige omgeving om wandeltochten te maken.
