The generous outdoor deck connects seamlessly to the dining and lounge area, where you’ll find a 65" Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Bi-fold doors open to a peaceful outdoor seating area, ideal for BBQs and enjoying the leafy surroundings.
With a double carport and storage for small boats and bikes, this light-filled retreat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hillside location offers stunning views, with birdsong and greenery providing a serene backdrop.
All on one level, Sea Tide Views is perfect for mature and young couples alike or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. A quick five-minute drive brings you to shopping centers, supermarkets, event venues, and the beautiful Tahuna Beach, famous for its safe swimming and golden sands. Explore nearby walking and biking tracks, boat ramps, and charming seaside dining options.
**Special conditions & notes**:
Strictly no party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times.
Young children - The home is not fenced, so supervision is required if you have young children.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Views from almost every room are amazing! Beds are comfortable and the house is very close to town.

Felt like a real home away from home. Sitting in the conservatory with a cup of coffee watching the sea was so peaceful. Very close to town by car & right by the walkway for running/walking/biking. Ample space to enjoy both inside and outsite areas. Beware there is an active beehive on site if you have people allergic to bees. The only negative for us was that the beds are quite small for couples (other than the master room).
