The huge great room has ample seating and an invitation to relax and unwind in paradise. It is complete with a modern and fully-stocked kitchen that overlooks a cozy living area with 2 couches and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Off the primary living area are two additional living areas. All 3 areas look out through french doors into the pool, garden, and roofed pavilion for your enjoyment. There is an inside dining table in the great room and a big 8 person teak table under the pavilion to enjoy the outside al fresco dining that is so common in the Keys. The home is equipped with Roku TV.

These homes have mounted outdoor cameras but are NOT in use during guest stays unless the guests wish them turned on.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
There are 3 suites, with king and queen beds, all with private bathrooms with tubs and showers, plus ample closet space. There is a twin bed in the office set up for a child to sleep in one of the office/living area and use the powder room with a shower. There is a door to the office, but it is not private. One of the back suites comes with a private outdoor deck including bathtub alcove and separate outdoor shower as a great way to end your day in Paradise. That is in addition to the indoor bathroom for that suite. An 8th guest could be accommodated on the couch in the family room, but there is no privacy door there.

There are 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom, in addition to huge his and hers closets has a $150,000 remodel that has just been completed including a spa bathtub and separate shower. There are 2 additional en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower. There is a powder room that includes a shower in case there is need for an additional children’s bedroom conversion of one of the 3 living areas. Also there is the private outdoor tub and shower deck off of one of the suites.

Lose yourself on the stunning sand pathways that lead you through gorgeous lush gardens and grounds. Each room except the master bedroom has a door to the private back patio and yard.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental. We book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation and the refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
