The house was impecable and communication with Eric was very helpful. The home is located near a very large shopping area and you can find whatever you need there. Our swimming hole on the Guadalupe River was only 15 mins away in the town of Gruene which is a nice area that has some really nice restaurants. This home is highly recommended, it will not disappoint !!!
