About this house rental
This classic 1920s house has central air conditioning, secure courtyard, 3 bedrooms and is located 300 metres walk to Coogee beach and just a short walk to the restaurant & cafe strip of Coogee Bay Road.
The front of the house is a separate one bedroom apartment with the main 3 bedroom house at the back. The house has a secure courtyard and outdoor entertaining area.
(Guests in the one bed apartment do not have access to the courtyard/entertainment area)
The house is equipped with everything you need such as modern furniture, outdoor courtyard, three bedrooms (one queen, one double and one double bunk) High Speed / NBN Wifi, Air-con, 55 inch LED TV, Board games, BBQ and separate study.
Please clean BBQ after use.
There is a washing machine and dryer located in a separate laundry area. Towels and bed linen provided.
Families with young children can request cot and high chair should these be required.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including Nespresso machine, NutriBullet, gas top stove and oven.
Please note there is no parking allocated to the property.
There are 8 stairs from the footpath leading to the entry of the house.
