Coastal Zen Oasis - Saltwater Pool & Heated Spa

This property is suburb!!! It is really beautiful, and the finishings are high quality. Loved the outdoor area so much as did all my guests. The property is in a really good location as well, especially with the bus stop right outside which we used when Bondi parking was hard. We did bring one car with us which the driveway parking spot was super convenient for. The host was also very responsive and accommodated us with all our requests!

To be honest there's not much to say here!!

It definitely sleeps 10 people. Beds are comfortable. Very clean and modern inside. Nice and light. Great position close to shops and the beach.

Pool and spa weren’t clean. Cover for the spa was broken so really hard to take on and off. Only one bathroom inside. Second bathroom is outside. Small couch only seats 4 to 5 people and table only seats 4 people. There were very limited staples on our arrival and we should have brought it to the host’s attention quicker.

Awesome location, short walk to cafes etc, easy access to buses to get the Bondi Junction. Having the pool and spa was great fun and the living spaces were spacious and comfortable.

Lots of messages from the managing company and unfortunately the couch and rug were booked to be cleaned one of the days we were there which meant we weren’t allowed to use them.

Location is good, walking distance to Bondi Junction shopping centre. Great to have a car park behind a gate (although it is small so for bigger cars, may be a problem). Very modern property, with a beautiful back garden/pool/view. It really is an oasis. Good appliances and kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine with supplies. We were able to leave our luggage at the property from 11am - very helpful. Good aircon. Lovely bathroom products provided.

The property is managed by a company, communication regarding issues was via email or a WhatsApp with someone in Vietnam. Our issues were not addressed with understanding or service. We did receive a small refund for being disturbed by someone fixing an issue with the outside toilet (wasn't urgent and could have been scheduled when the property was free). Note, there is 1 bathroom (with a gorgeous shower and bath) and toilet inside the house, the other shower and toilet is outside. Our biggest issue was with the spa pool. It was a reason we booked the property. When we arrived, the spa was cold. An engineer was called out, the spa took 3 days to heat up by which time it was checkout. The spa cover is old and damaged, I hope that is now replaced. If you book this property, don't rely on the spa working (I see that previous guests had similar issues). Lots of cockroaches come up from under the decking when it rains! Not for the faint hearted. Only 1 mirror in the house (apart from the bathroom). One of the beds had lipstick marks on the sheets. We were 4 adults and a child which was fine, any more people than that and it would be cramped/difficult.
