About this house rental

The holiday home Apart Mountainview is located in Rohrberg and offers stunning views of the Alps. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to ten guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The house offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and two balconies.



Public transport is within walking distance. The ski bus stops right at the house and is free for skiers. The property is 5 km from the Karspitzbahn mid-station and 4 km from the Rosenalmbahn Zell im Tal amusement park.



There are four parking spaces on the property. Up to four pets are allowed; more can be accommodated upon request. Apart Mountainview is very pet-friendly and warmly welcomes all four-legged friends.



Smoking and parties are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed on the property. The accommodation supports proper waste separation and offers energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
