About this apartment rental

The property is a mile from Old Colorado City, at the foot of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain, with interesting pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Downtown Colorado Springs is less than two miles away.
Recently renovated, featuring an open-plan layout and a new kitchen. Enjoy the modern appliances, thoughtful mood lighting, and tasteful Boho-themed décor. There are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower. Everything is on one floor.
Please note that there is another unit on the property in the basement of the house. It has a separate entrance at the back of the house and serves as my personal living space when I'm in town. Usually, I'm not there since I work away from home for extended periods. However, if I happen to be using the basement, my presence goes fairly unnoticed, and it has never been an issue. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

This worked out for exactly what I needed. It was well stocked with kitchen items and the fully functional kitchen was nice. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The home is very clean and very stylish it’s absolutely beautiful and Joel is wonderful host with the click of a message he is very fast at replying and very accommodating. The location is perfect with beautiful Mountain View’s. We look forward to our next stay with Joel who again is wonderful
