Welcome to Phoenix Gulf Towers Unit 2708, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that accommodates up to 14 guests. This beautifully designed condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico through floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a perfect setting for your beach getaway.

• A master bedroom with a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and a glass walk-in shower.
• A second bedroom with a king-size bed.
• A third and fourth bedroom, each with two queen-size beds.
• A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The open-concept living and dining area includes a dining table that seats eight, with an additional four barstools at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a separate bar with its own sink and icemaker, making it perfect for entertaining.
Step outside onto the private balcony, where you can relax and take in the stunning Gulf views.
With access to Phoenix Gulf Towers’ premier amenities, including pools, a lazy river, waterslide, and direct beach access, this condo is perfect for your next beach vacation.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Check-in was fast and easy. Kitchen facilities are lacking as not enough cookware, no Kuerig and coffee pot leaked and got grounds in the coffee. Plenty of dishes and silverware and glasses. Dishwasher did not clean well and was very cheap for such an expensive condo. Washer and dryer were great. Not enough towels for 8 people. Beds were fantastic! Wi-Fi access was great. My granddaughter (21) was injured when she stepped on a pool drain cover and it flipped and her leg fell in the hole. It cut and scratched and bruised her leg. I reported it the day it happened to the front desk and stated it wasn’t that bad and just wanted to let them know. They were very sympathetic. After it bleeding all night I went down to the lobby to let them know it was worse than I thought and a security guard was very rude and stated what did I want him to do about it! Other than that it was a good place to stay at.
